In order to ensure that the quality of each dental chair is same, the hardware of ANYE’s dental unit is totally completed by automated production from raw materials process. Total investment in the hardware workshop is more than US$2 million.

All of ANYE’s valves are specially treated to be used. To reduce the possibility of water leakage and air leakage in the valves to the nearest, ANYE use their R&D equipment to test the air tightness of each valve. This equipment is developed based on the principle of air tightness testing in the automotive industry.

All of ANYE’s units are injection molding . There are thicker plastic parts in injection molding process. Many factories uses plastic absorbing technology for the plastic parts, the material is soft and fragile and durability of the product will be reduced in operation.
